The average person gains at least a pound during the holidays, from Thanksgiving to Super Bowl Sunday. It may not seem like a lot, but if you gain this much weight every holiday season, it can add up over the years.

Some people consume close to 4,500 calories just on Thanksgiving Day. One would have to walk 45 miles to burn off a single day’s indulgences. It can be very challenging to have fun during holiday festivities without over-indulging.
