Learning Objectives 

1.  Describe a proactive definition of Resilience & Identity major current workplace/personal stressors.

2.  Introduce a resilience model for skills development using both personal/professional examples. (Evidence-based model/examples)

3.  Integrate resilience skills into current Covid-19 workplace challenges.  

This is an application based activity designed for individuals or groups of diabetes educators, including RNs, RDs, Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Physician Assistants, MDs, and other health care providers interested in resilience skills and implementation in the workplace.
